Frame the thinking

Claire Haidar, the CEO of my company, published a blog about thoroughness in thinking and what led to the thinking framework we are using at WNDYR.

The problem or the question that led her there was : “how to think thoroughly.”

When I first started this blog (and deleted everything shortly afterwards), I knew what the topic would be (us as humans and our behaviours) but my problem was to find the right angle. The fact is that I didn’t want to limit myself to a single angle.

I am a woman, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a wife, a mother, an employee, a colleague, a partner, a consultant… And all of the above makes who I am.

When I think, I don’t think as one of the above but as all the above. Same thing when I write this blog and consider the content I want to share with you.

So Claire’s problem above led me to the following : “how can I combine those angles (and still think and share information thoroughly)”

That is to say as an individual, as a parent and in the professional area.

So I decided to frame my thinking and combine the different angles as follows :

  • Individual enablement
  • Child/family enablement
  • Work/career enablement

Which means, when I seek at making things happier and better, that will be through those 3 lenses.

Now we have a topic, 3 angles and a framework.

Let the fun begin !
